DURBAN - The cost of damage caused during riots and looting in KwaZulu-Natal is estimated at around R2-billion.
Premier Sihle Zikalala says municipalities lost another R76-million.
He says those who broke the law will be prosecuted.
Economic recovery plans have been presented for KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng after the civil unrest.
