DURBAN - There's still a long way to go before KwaZulu-Natal will be back to normal following the devastating floods.
Officials say they're trying their best to deal with all the problems and rebuild again.
But sewage and wastewater plants have been damaged.
They say that will take time and money to fix.
Meanwhile, beaches in Durban remain closed.
E. coli levels remain alarmingly high with a huge risk of airborne diseases.
