JOHANNESBURG - AgriSA says land expropriation without compensation is another nail in the South African economy.
The National Council of Provinces has resolved that Section 25 of the Constitution must be amended.
The National Assembly took the same decision on Tuesday.
AgriSA says it supports land reform as long as it doesn't threaten agriculture and food security.
It's now considering legal options.
The decision by Parliament is not the final step in the process and Agri SA says there is still time and remedies available to halt the amendment of the Constitution.
