JOHANNESBURG - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) held a media briefing on Tuesday.
EFF Leader Julius Malema says the party will be seeking legal advice to try and compel President Cyril Ramaphosa to act on the Public Protector's remedial action.
He said her recommendations on Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan needs to be enforced.
On Monday, the Special Central Command Team met to discuss a path towards the party's second national people's assembly taking place from 13 to 16 December.
The party received over 10 percent of the vote after securing 19 additional seats in Parliament.
The EFF is also the official opposition in three provinces.
