JOHANNESBURG - The Randburg Magistrite's Court is expected to hand down its judgment in the case against Duduzane Zuma.
His lawyers have asked the court to drop all charges against him.
They argue that the state has failed to prove that Zuma was reckless and negligent for causing the death of a taxi passenger.
Zuma initially faced two charges of culpable homicide and a count of negligent driving relating to a car crash on the M1 highway on the 1st of February 2014.
However, the state indicated that one culpable homicide charge would be withdrawn.
