JOHANNESBURG - The state capture inquiry heard more testimony from Ambassador Bruce Koloane.
The Zondo Commission is keen to hear who gave the green light for the controversial landing of the Gupta wedding guest plane in 2013.
Koloane cited a misunderstanding of an email giving his approval for the Guptas to land at Waterkloof Air Force Base.
He says he had no authority to make such a decision.
Instead, he says he merely asked for the landing application to be processed.
Koloane claims he was acting on a complaint from the High Commissioner of India.
