JOHANNESBURG - Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula outlines how public transport will operate under level three of the lockdown.

Domestic travel will be allowed under level three of the lockdown. However, it will be strictly regulated.

During alert level five and four, taxis were allowed to operate at a capacity of 70-percent passengers.

South Africa will move to alert level three from Monday.
