The National Assembly and the National Council of Provinces will hold joint sittings on Tuesday and Wednesday to debate the State of the Nation Address.

Tough questions regarding the AstraZeneca vaccine being returned to India, the ailing economy and the crisis at Eskom are likely to be raised.

The debate and the president's reply will take the form of hybrid sittings.

In line with COVID-19 regulations, there will be a limited number of MPs and media present in the chamber.
