JOHANNESBURG - The Special Investigative Unit will on Wednesday brief the Standing Committee on Public Accounts on their investigation into irregular tenders at the SABC.

The SIU investigation into the state broadcaster found wrongdoing by the organization’s previous interim board on a security tender of R185-million given to Mafoko Security, despite Mjayeli Security and Technical Services reportedly scoring higher during the bidding process.
