JOHANNESBURG - South Africans from low-income households are struggling to meet their daily needs, according to the May Household Affordability Index.
Conducted by the Pietermaritzburg Economic Justice and Dignity Group, it warns things will only get worse for these households.
The group's Mervyn Abrahams stated that this report will not come as new information to people in these population groups as they have been struggling for a while.
