Mabuza: Molefe, Koko could shed light on state capture at Eskom

Eskom board chairperson Jabu Mabuza has concluded his testimony at the Zondo commission.

JOHANNESBURG - Eskom board chairperson Jabu Mabuza has provided the Zondo Commission with a list of people he believes may help in probing state capture at the power utility.

They include, among others, controversial former Eskom CEO Brian Molefe and former Eskom acting CEO Matshela Koko.

"We also leaving the commission with a list of names chairperson, it is important that I place on record that there are 15 or so names that I strongly encourage the commission invite these ladies and gentlemen to help the commission on its work," said Mabuza.

Mabuza completed his testimony on Monday afternoon.

He hopes those who committed crime at the power utility will face the full might of the law.
