JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng premier David Makhura says the DA in the province is just wasting time.

He was speaking outside the Ekurhuleni Council Chambers where Mzwandile Masina survived a no-confidence vote.
He said the opposition party should rather focus on Tshwane, which he said is the worst performing metro.
