JOHANNESBURG - Despite labelling Angelo Agrizzi as a criminal, EFF leader Julius Malema has urged the former Bosasa COO to expose more corrupt activity involving other people.
Malema says his detractors tried everything to link his party to the Bosasa scandal, but they found nothing.
"Agrizzi and many others must expose that corruption,” said Malema who was speaking at a rally in Hamanskraal on Tuesday.
“He mustn't think he's our friend. He's a criminal, we want him to finish. When he's done, he must be arrested."
The outspoken EFF leader says there isn't much difference between President Cyril Ramaphosa and his predecessor, Jacob Zuma, who is implicated in a raft of corruption allegations.
"You say Cyril is different from Zuma. No, they're from the same pot,” Malema said.
“He put his hand in the cookie jar, R500,000. We were always told Cyril has billions, he went to take R500,000 from Bosasa. What are you doing with Bosasa money if you've your own millions? He doesn't have them, he's fronting for Rupert and the Oppenheimers."
With this year's general elections on the horizon, the EFF leader has urged voters not to allow politicians to buy their votes with t-shirts and food parcels.
