Mangaung's financial woes impact service delivery, salaries

MANGAUNG - Political infighting and poor governance within Mangaung Metro have come at a cost for the city.

The latest report by the Auditor-General indicates that the National Treasury withheld R429-million which was meant for service delivery projects in the metro.

The AG has also flagged Mangaung as one of ten Free State municipalities that are in a dire financial position.
