CAPE TOWN - One of the biggest challenges for railway agency Prasa is management negligence.
That's according to Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula.
Mbalula is inspecting repairs at the agency.
He's made it clear that government does not have money to continue repairing trains and infrastructure destroyed by vandalism
"Our biggest problem isn't only the people on the railway tracks, our biggest problem is management negligence."

Mbalula threatened to fire Prasa officials if vandalism continues at the railway agency.
"If this place will be vandalised, none of you will have merit to work here," he said.
"If I see vandalism continue I must be told why certain people should be kept here."
