PRETORIA - The corruption case involving former Police Crime Intelligence Head, Richard Mdluli, and his co-accused has been postponed to 22 February.
Mdluli, Heine Barnard and Solomon Lazarus are accused of looting Crime Intelligence's secret slush fund.
The police have also denied them legal funding for the case.
The Pretoria High Court will set a trial date when the suspects return to court in February.
