Mihalik murder case postponed

CAPE TOWN - Two men suspected of assassinating Cape Town advocate Pete Mihalik appeared in court on Thursday.

The matter has been postponed until 8 November for further investigation.

Their residential addresses have to be confirmed and also if there are outstanding warrants for the suspects.

The prominent lawyer was gunned down while dropping his children off at a Green Point school.

His eight-year-old son was wounded in the shooting.

Two men will appear in the Cape Town Magistrate's court this morning, for the alleged assassination of well-known advocate Pete Mihalik.
