JOHANNESBURG - Investigations are underway into the possible poisoning of bees in and around Cape Town.
Several million of the insects have been found dead in recent weeks.
Brendan Ashley-Cooper is also a commercial farmer with thousands of hives across Cape Town.
Ashley-Cooper alone has lost 2.5 million of bees.
