CAPE TOWN - Angry residents in Mitchells Plain have clashed with police over food parcels.
Residents are hungry and furious with the Social Development department for not fulfilling its promise of delivering food parcels to them.
Residents hurled stones at police and vowed to stay on the streets until they are given the food parcels.
