Moerane set to take over as Joburg mayor

JOHANNESBURG - Environment and Infrastructure Services MMC, Mpho Moerane looks set to be the next Johannesburg mayor.

Moerane is being eyed to replace Jolidee Matongo, who died in a car accident recently.
