JOHANNESBURG - A scathing report by the Mokgoro inquiry has found that advocates Nomgcobo Jiba and Lawrence Mrwebi are not fit to hold office at the National Prosecuting Authority.

Justice Yvonne Mokgoro has recommended to President Cyril Ramaphosa that both should be dismissed.

Fundamentally on the facts that Jiba prosecuted Johan Booysen on charges of racketeering and Mrwebi's decision to withdraw corruption charges against former crime intelligence boss Richard Mdluli.
