JOHANNESBURG - Former Eskom CEO, Brian Molefe has pinned load-shedding on President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Molefe says under his leadership, power cuts were defeated in 2015.
But he says it's only after Ramaphosa became president that the nightmare returned.
Molefe was testifying at the state capture inquiry about his time at the power utility.
