More bad news for Steinhoff

JOHANNESBURG - It's been a year since the dramatic collapse of the then retail giant Steinhoff and on Thursday there was more bad news for investors. 

There was blood on the trading floor for Steinhoff.

Steinhoff shares took a massive knock after the company issued a statement.

It says it will delay the release of its results.

The move comes as forensic investigators try to make sense of the numbers.  

An independent forensic audit report by PwC has now been postponed until next year. The company is also delaying the release of its 2017 and 2018 financial statements. Courtesy #DStv403
