JOHANNESBURG - Old Mutual has received a summons from Peter Moyo seeking damages of R250-million.

The insurer has confirmed receipt of the summons from the 'axed'-CEO and says it will defend any claim vigorously.

Old Mutual says this amount is in addition to the R35.5-million salary he received and the R4-million payout for six-months' notice.

Moyo was again refused entry to his office last month.
