JOHANNESBURG - Nedbank has confirmed an employee in Durban was one of a group that included the country's first coronavirus case, that arrived from Italy over the weekend.

The employee has been self-quarantined and is being tested for Coronavirus.

Staff who have come into contact with the employee have also been placed in isolation.

Nedbank says areas the staff member potentially came into contact with have been deep cleaned as a precautionary measure.
