JOHANNESBURG - Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene has told the State Capture inquiry he was fired for refusing to toe the line.
His reluctance to sign off on the nuclear deal and other projects, cost him his job in December 2015.
Nene denied allegations he discussed business deals and PIC funding with the Guptas.
The EFF has asked Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene to come clean about his relationship with the Gupta family. Speaking soon after he was fired as finance minister. Nene told eNCA's Siphamandla Goge that the Guptas never asked him to do anything for them.
