CAPE TOWN - Only some people are entitled to rights, that is how outgoing Cape Town Mayor Patricia de Lille explains alleged racism in the Democratic Alliance.
On Thursday, five DA councillors, including the Cape Town chief whip, resigned from the party, in solidarity with the outgoing mayor.
