The group said its fight against illegal migrants committing crimes will not stop.
It targeted undocumented immigrants in the Johannesburg suburb of Orange Grove on Sunday.
Operation Dudula's Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini said, "if there are teenagers in any building turned into prostitutes we will take them out. The cops are clearly scared to do so or maybe they are part of it because on a daily basis police get bribed by drug dealers."
"We are here to operate, we are here to go were the problems are because South Africa is our country to protect…the responsibility of safety of our children and women is all in our hands, future is in the hands of South Africans. Period."
