CAPE TOWN - Burning questions arise from a report on the fire at Parliament.
It's revealed a litany of fire safety non-compliance issues.

This includes fire doors being latched so they could not close properly, and a wonky sprinkler system.
In some cases, the sprinklers had not been serviced for five years.
Warnings arose during inspections for the State of the Nation Address.
But it appears they were ignored.
Parliament’s Presiding Officers are meeting with Public Works to discuss their assessment of Sunday’s fire.
