JOHANNESBURG - When will the lack of housing for those in need be adequately addressed in the City of Joburg?
From land grabs to high-jacked buildings in the CBD, people have been resorting to desperate measures just to find shelter.

The City said the problem is growing with more informal settlements mushrooming and land grabs increasing.
