JOHANNESBURG - Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane is considering launching a challenge in the High Court or Constitutional Court.
This follows Monday's North Gauteng High Court ruling against her watered-down report on the Vrede Dairy Project.
Mkhwebane was found to have failed in her duties.
Her report has been declared unconstitutional, invalid and set aside.
Mkhwebane says this could be seen as a condonation of maladministration.
The court application was brought by the Democratic Alliance and the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution (Casac).
They argued that Mkhwebane didn't interview senior politicians implicated in the agriculture project.
