CAPE TOWN - Police in Cape Town are investigating after the body of 22-year-old Anele Temba, the fiancée of rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes, was found outside a hotel.
It’s believed the young woman fell to her death from one of the high floors of the hotel.
Officials could confirm that an incident had taken place just before 8 am on Sunday, on the corner of Loop and Bloem street.
The Tembe and Forbes families confirmed the death in a joint statement.
The statement says Forbes is "inconsolable and surrounded by family and close friends" and asked for privacy and time to heal.
