PRETORIA - Police Minister Bheki Cele says the killings in Tshwane are about more than disagreements over candidate nomination lists.
He says it's the work of organised criminals.
Cele and Gauteng Premier David Makhura visited the family of Tshwane ward councillor Tshepo Motaung who was gunned down in Mabopane last Friday after attending a Heritage Day event.
Motaung had recently been nominated as the party’s preferred candidate in the ward.
