JOHANNESBURG - Bank customers at VBS Mutual bank remain the worst effected as many have lost their life savings after almost R2-billion was looted from the now collapsed bank.
Now, the Hawks and the NPA are working together to investigate VBS bank fraud.
At least six dockets linked to the VBS bank saga are under investigation.
That's according to Hawks spokesperson Hangwani Mulaudzi.
The author of the report into looting at VBS says the bank can't be saved, and is corrupt and rotten to the core.
