CAPE TOWN - Police union Popcru is raising the alarm over prison conditions and the dangers faced by wardens.
The wardens have said they are struggling with overcrowding and understaffing in prisons.
It says it's putting Correctional Services members at risk.
Delegates are on Friday deliberating on the dangers faced by prison warders and workers in prison.
