MKHONDO - Tensions rose between police and protesters outside the Piet Retief magistrate's court on Monday ahead of a bail application for four murder suspects.
Stun grenades were fired in the stand-off.
Four farmers accused in the murder case of Coka siblings are back in court.

They are expected to apply for bail.
They face two counts of murder and one of defeating the ends of justice after one of the accused shot and killed Zenzele and Mgcini Coka in Mkhondo in Mpumalanga.
It is understood the siblings were seeking seasonal employment at the farm and a scuffle ensued, leading to the death of the two siblings.
