Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane won't be opposing President Cyril Ramaphosa’s urgent court bid to suspend her remedial action against him.

She also found the president breached the Executive Ethics Code by not declaring donations made to his 2017 ANC presidential campaign.

Mkhwebane is reportedly not challenging the interim interdict, as Ramaphosa applied for the main case to heard on an urgent basis.
