JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa says the anger and frustration over load-shedding is understandable.
He described the outages as devastating for the country and the economy.
Meanwhile Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan says the electricity crisis is manageable.
Eskom has been struggling to keep the lights on since heavy rains started last week.
Ramaphosa says all stakeholders need to work together to end the crisis.
He's also urged Gordhan and Eskom to continue giving regular updates.
