Ramaphosa: SDRs can boost African economy

BERLIN - President Cyril Ramaphosa says Special Drawing Rights (SDRs) can help boost Africa’s economy, which has been hardest hit by the pandemic. 

Ramaphosa was speaking at a G20 Compact with Africa briefing in Berlin.
