JOHANNESBURG - The NPA says President Cyril Ramaphosa won't get special treatment if a case is presented to it against him.

Ramaphosa is facing a criminal case involving an undisclosed amount of money, stolen from his Limpopo farm.

"As the NPA, we are constitutionally mandated to follow evidence... as and when the matter is presented to prosecutors, we will deal with it at that stage," NPA spokesperson Mthunzi Mhaga said.

"We've never treated anyone special because all are equal before the law."
