JOHANNESBURG - The Restaurant Association of South Africa is appealing with government to urgently publish trading regulations.

The association's CEO Wendy Alberts says they have been ready to reopen for weeks and the delays are further crippling the industry.

"I don't know why they don't understand the urgency of how crippled our industry is and how completely decimated the restaurant industry is.
