JOHANNESBURG - The Restaurant Association of South Africa wants government to explain why alcohol cannot be served when they re-open from Monday.

The hospitality industry is one of the sectors that is being allowed to reopen under advanced level 3.

Over a million people are employed by the restaurant industry, and it is one of the hardest hit by the lockdown.
