PRETORIA - Trade and Industry Minister Ebrahim Patel says under level four lockdown, restaurants will be able to deliver food to customers.
However, there will be no sit-down meals and no takeaway facilities at restaurants.

Government has warned that sticking to the regulations is key to ending the current lockdown.
From 1 May, South Africa moves from level five to level four of the lockdown.
