JOHANNESBURG - Eskom warned on Sunday that load-shedding could be implemented.
“The system remains constrained and vulnerable, with generating plant performing at very low levels of reliability,” said Eskom.
The power utility said the result of breakdowns at its plant made the system on vulnerable, therefore “the probability of load-shedding remains, but will only be implemented if absolutely necessary.”
