JOHANNESBURG - The number of COVID-19 deaths in the country has breached the 46,000 mark.
Recorded deaths have increased by 278.
The number of confirmed cases is up by 3,184, bringing the total to over 1.4 million.
The recovery rate now stands at 91 percent, with over 8.4 million tests conducted.
