JOHANNESBURG - The international relations department said it’s concerned about US President Donald Trump's decision to pull funding from the World Health Organization.

The South African government said it's alarmed as the decision comes amid the COVID-19 crisis.

The total number of infections globally passed two million and over 130,000 deaths have been recorded.
