JOHANNESBURG - Strict rules will be in place when South Africa's borders open to travellers from Thursday.
This follows the easing of lockdown regulations for level one.
Visitors from African countries will be allowed into South Africa but, leisure travellers from COVID-19 high-risk countries won't be permitted in.
