CAPE TOWN - Restaurants and gyms have welcomed President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement that they can now reopen, with certain measures in place.
But the alcohol industry faces another two-week ban.
Tavern owners in Cape Town say the first two weeks were difficult enough.
Their bills are continuing pile up and they're still required to pay rent while not operating.
