JOHANNESBURG - As the government ramps up its response to the coronavirus outbreak, South Africans are wondering whether enough is being done to ensure infected patients are identified early.

Thermal imaging cameras have been deployed to ports of entry - not only in South Africa - but across the world.

The government says it’s prepared to prevent the entry of the virus into South Africa.

On Friday, Botswana confirmed its first suspected case of the Coronavirus.
