JOHANNESBURG - Only 1,366 new Covid-19 cases were reported in the last 24 hours.
The NICD reported that 16,930 tests were conducted.
Gauteng is in the lead with 563 cases.
It’s followed by the Western Cape with 189 new cases.
The remaining provinces reported just under 100 cases.
The positivity rate stands at 8.1 percent.
Sadly, 14 more people have died in the past 24 to 48 hours.
